Turning hearts Toward Home - Fall Retreat 09 - CREAM TEA - Valencia Day Spa
Turning Hearts toward home - evangelism event
A wonderfully blessed time with 150+ ladies attending. Due to space constrictions, the luncheon portion was by invitation. The testimony portion was such a blessing for those of us who are members of FBCTC, but especially for those guests invited by our members. Thank you Chelli, Heather and Maria - God truly used you through your testimonies. (Pictures and testimonies to come)
Rollercoaster of Love - Fall Retreat 09
It was a wonderfully blessed time of fellowship, time for refreshing, and, most importantly, a time to focus on our relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. (Pictures and testimonies to come)

"Thank you, sincerely, to the ladies that presented the Cream Tea Reception for Monica. It was graceful, feminine and oh, so sweet (in more ways than one). Decorations were delicate & beautiful, service excellent and the fellowship was awesome. You group of ladies blessed us all & in many ways, thank you!
Monica, we welcome you with open arms and look forward with great anticipation for the coming weeks, months and years we will have of sharing, fellowship and friendship; sharing times of joy and sadness, along with growth and victories in Christ. May our Lord keep you strong and encouraged in Him."

"I was so pleased to see the beautiful tables that everyone arranged, and pleased that all the ladies came to the Tea with such a sense of expectation in getting to know Monica better. I felt excited when I found the fellowship hall to be filled with smiles on happy faces, the sound of laughter, lots of beautiful colors, pretty centerpieces and flowers, and so many blessings and good wishes for Monica. We were served delightful cream tea, luscious scones topped with cream and delicious cherry preserves. OOOOHHH YUM! It was Delicious! A memory I will long hold in my FBC book of treasures, 'Things I love about Heart2Heart.' "

"The Cream Tea Reception for Monica was absolutely fabulous! The tables were beautifully decorated by individual table hosts, which made it even more special as each one used their own creativity. I believe this day was very special for Monica and one that she'll always remember.
This is one of the best receptions I've been to - it made me wish that we could have more."

"The Cream Tea Reception for Monica was delightful. The ladies who helped put it together did an outstanding job. It was a joy getting to know Monica better. Monica is a jewel! She is so friendly and down to earth with a genuine love of the Lord. We are blessed to have her with us at First Baptist."

"I enjoyed the tea so very much and was SO happy to see so many of the First
Baptist women together talking, laughing and welcoming Monica. I am
praying this be a door opening for the ladies to join together,
regardless of the age difference, to serve God within the church and
to be lights that shine through our daily walks for God. Thank you to each lady that worked so hard. The room was decorated so
beautifully and all the tea and food served was delicious. THANK YOU!!! "

"The tea was so nice and it was such a great treat to be just feminine and be with my Christian sisters and talk & laugh. I thought it was a great turnout of the diverse group of ladies in the church. I think it would be nice to perhaps do this with our daughters sometime so they can know the proper etiquette of a tea. To be honest, I don’t recall that I had ever been invited to a formal tea. Just the feeling of acceptedness in the room was a gift & what a testimony to Monica hopefully! And the scones were great. Thank you ladies who put it together."

Valencia Day Spa- Girl's Night Out
The Ladies at Valencia Day Spa spoiled us!
We had a great time at our last Ladies’ Night Out fellowship at VALENCIA DAY SPA on May 14. It was a nice, relaxing time of refreshment. The owner, Michelle Reed, and her staff were very attentive to us and worked hard to make us feel welcomed and cared for. If you didn’t get to come to this last fellowship, then I hope you’ll make it to our next activity.
